Möbius Strip
A Möbius strip is a surface that can be formed by attaching the ends of a strip of paper together with a half-twist. It was discovered as a mathematical object by August Ferdinand Möbius and Johann Benedict Listing in 1858, although it appeared in Roman mosaics from the third century CE. It is denoted as a non-orientable surface, where clockwise and counterclockwise turns cannot be consistently distinguished.
